Question
I have a report that has data in rows and columns with different size descriptions, for example School Descriptions ("School of Engineering" is considerably shorter than "School of English, Media Studies and Art History"). I would like to format the report to allow the data to be resized for those cells with longer descriptions.
Answer
Row by row autofit allows the rows and/or columns to fit the size of the description.
Solution
Click on the data you wish to fit, right mouse click, then select format cell (or go to Format, then Cell in the menu). On the Alignment tab, ensure that the Wrap Text box has been checked.
Now check the Row by row autofit box.
