I have a report which I refresh frequently. Is it possible to automatically refresh this report?
Answer
It is possible to save a report so that every time it is opened, it is refreshed with current data. This is useful when you are working with data that is updated frequently. It saves you from having to remember to refresh or re-run the query.
Solution
Go to File > Save As. Click on the Options button, then check the “Refresh Document when Opening” box. Click OK. Now save the report as you normally would.
