You can use the Group Variables feature to group some or all of the values of an object. The following example deals with the Course Level object and groups the values Bachelor's Honours and Bachelor's pass together so the respective student appear under the single heading "Bachelor's".

1. Select the values you wish to group by holding down the <Ctrl> key on the keyboard and clicking on each value once with the mouse.

2. Click on the Group Variables button on the toolbar at the top of the page.

3. In the Rename grouped values window, type in a name for the new group. Click on the OK button to finish.

The object values will now be grouped together.
