MIS helps staff to get the most from the Data Warehouse by -

Providing training to use BusinessObjects and the Reportal
Providing ongoing user support by phone and by remote shadowing
Offering 'how to' workshops
Developing standard reports for common reporting needs
Visiting staff on-site to provide advice and consultancy
Tailoring training courses or demonstrations for individual areas
Developing and maintaining the Reportal and assisting faculties and directorates to customise their areas of the Reportal to meet their specific requirements
Providing reports and other assistance to faculty staff involved in checking the federal government student submissions
